Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Redstuy.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
You may cancel your order prior to shipment, no later than 48hours after placing original order by contacting RedStuy@outlook.com
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, RedStuy, LLC is here to help! Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You can return your product for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made only to the original payment method.You will be responsible for payment of shipping costs for the returning items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To initiate a return or exchange, contact Redstuy.email@example.com for authorization. (Any product you return must be in the condition you received it and in the original packaging.) A copy of the receipt or proof of payment must accompany returned item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final sales cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be unopened with tags still on and be returned unopened in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or us.
RedStuy,LLC will provide you with a refund if you cancel your order prior to shipment or for authorized returns. Refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment . You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
